Payment Policy

Payments for therapy services and related fees are handled directly through my practice management system or during sessions. Payment is due at the time of service. Generally, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a full session fee. Please refer to your intake paperwork or contact me directly with any questions regarding cancellations, refunds, or billing policies.
