While I do provide in-person therapy in Garden City, NY, this may not be an accessible option if you live outside of the NYC/Long Island area. Fortunately, I also offer online therapy throughout New York State for those for whom in-person therapy isn't an option. Online therapy offers flexibility and access, so you can show up from a space that already feels safe to you.
